Translate.One, a leading provider of translation and localization services, and Trustpoint.One, one of the largest integrated legal solutions providers in the US, today announced the acquisition of Commit Global, a language service company with operations in Greece, Cyprus, and the US. The two companies share complementary strengths which put them in a unique place to capitalize on future opportunities.
Commit Global’s senior management team – Spyros Konidaris, Founder and CFO, Vasso Pouli, CEO, and Nikoletta Kaponi, COO – will join the Translate.One management team and will continue to manage Commit Global’s operations, while the company will continue to focus on providing the same high-quality translation and localization services to the existing clients.
The two companies will now share an expanded service portfolio and industry coverage which will improve their positioning for the future and better cater to the current and future needs of their joint customer base.
