A Gift that Gives Back!

During this holiday season, we take time to reflect upon the good things we have… like our partnership with you. We appreciate working with you and hope that the holidays and the coming year will bring you happiness and success.

A Gift that Gives Back OR Why we are not doing corporate gifting this year

v  Delivery services around the globe are already having a difficult time since this whole Covid-19 situation started.

o   Lockdowns have increased online purchases and more than doubled the number of deliveries

o   Frontline workers in such services have fewer opportunities to work remotely and thus are in increased risk – we would not want to add to this further

o   In this global emergency, shipping medical supplies is so much more important

o   …plus, if anyone is to deliver presents this year, it should definitely be Santa; the impact of this on children has been tremendous and multifaceted, let’s not spoil Christmas too

v  Christmas has always been a time we feel we should give back. This year supporting important causes and organizations who have been in the front lines of fighting Covid-19 and helping groups in need deserve a helpful hand. We know you, our customers and partners, feel the same way.

o   So, we decided to re-allocate that budget and make a donation to Doctors of the World Greece (Médecins du Monde) to support their global response plans and investment in prevention and mitigation measures to decrease risk and support vulnerable groups, as well as global health services and systems.

v  Finally, almost every one of us has shifted to working from home, so only very few of you, if any, will be in the office these festive days; no charm in having a beautiful Christmas basket sit in an empty office space.
