She manages the recruitment, selection and evaluation of external resources for Commit by handling the cross-cultural negotiations with vendors and by supporting her colleagues in their everyday work. She takes pride in her job and she enjoys all aspects of it, as they involve meeting and talking to people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds. In her free time, if any, she watches black and white movies with her son, and she enjoys a good book.
